Terms and Conditions
1. About the Studio:
The studio is located in Al Narjis (Musharraf Hills), fully equipped with seating areas, restrooms, a changing room, and a dedicated baby changing area. Operating hours: 10 AM – 8 PM (newborn sessions in the morning only, entry for confirmed bookings).
Home photoshoots are not available, except for hospital packages. The studio team is highly experienced and ready to capture beautiful memories for you and your children.
2. Before Booking:
Bookings are made via our website by selecting the desired package, completing accurate client information, and paying a non-refundable deposit (500 SAR). By booking, you agree to all terms stated here. Payment is via the bank account shown on the site, and a confirmation will be sent before the session.
Newborn sessions should ideally be booked in the eighth month of pregnancy. Maternity sessions are recommended in the 7th or 8th month. Please inform us of any health concerns for your child before booking.
3. Gift Cards:
Gift packages are selected via our website. Communication is via WhatsApp to send details and full payment.
Cancellations are only allowed if the coupon has not yet been sent. Once sent, no refunds are possible. Recipients may use the gift themselves or give it to someone else; the studio is not liable for the gift’s usage.
4. Payments & Additional Fees:
Additional attendees (parents, siblings, relatives) incur 100 SAR per person (classic single-color background). Twin sessions: +300 SAR for two, +500 SAR for three. Additional printing fees apply for extra photos before printing.
5. Photography & Outfits:
The studio provides outfits and accessories for newborns up to 1 year old, and maternity clients. Twins are photographed with coordinated colors rather than identical outfits. Newborns are handled carefully; frequent outfit changes may be limited. Children and maternity sessions generally use one outfit per theme.
6. Family Attendance:
Parents and siblings are welcome. Additional attendees incur 100 SAR each. Due to space limitations, only one accompanying adult per child is allowed to maintain focus and avoid disturbances. Family photography uses classic single-color backgrounds.
7. Delays, Rescheduling, or Cancellations:
Please arrive on time. Delays over 20 minutes may shorten the session; over 30 minutes, the session may be canceled. Clients may reschedule once with 24-hour notice. Cancellations less than 12 hours before the session incur a 200 SAR fee. Remaining payment is due at the studio or via bank transfer. Cake orders must be placed 4 days prior; rescheduling more than 3 days requires a new cake fee (300 SAR).
8. Backgrounds & Session Results:
Approved themes are provided in advance. Smash Cake themes must be selected 5 days prior. No outside themes are allowed. Children’s backgrounds are suitable for them only; parents are not photographed in these themes. Each child’s session is unique; lighting and baby behavior affect the results. Studio lighting is used when natural light is insufficient.
9. Printing & Photo Delivery Policy
The photography session goes through several stages. Within 5 business days after the session, all photos will be sent directly from the camera (without any editing) to the email address registered at the time of booking, for selection purposes only.
The images may contain visible elements such as background stands, an assistant’s hand, or other on-site details.
Photos will be shared via a password-protected link so you can select the images you would like edited and printed, with the option to request additional photos.
Editing & Printing Process
Once we receive your selected photos and the remaining balance has been paid, the images will enter the editing queue and will be processed according to priority.
Rush editing is available upon request for an additional fee of 300 SAR.
Printing is carried out outside the studio through a professional printing lab by a fully female team, with complete commitment to privacy and confidentiality.
Photos will be delivered within a maximum of 12 weeks from the date of full payment.
Digital Files
Because we truly believe that every captured moment is a valuable memory, all packages include a flash memory containing the remaining session photos without editing in JPG format (viewing quality).
We apologize that RAW files are not provided. Only the professionally edited and printed high-resolution images included in the package will be delivered.
For videography services, one professionally edited and refined video will be delivered. Raw, unedited video footage will not be provided.
Mini Sessions
For mini sessions, not all photos are delivered. Our team selects the best shots according to the number of images included in the package. These selected photos will be edited and delivered within 7 business days.
Editing Policy
Photography and editing are a personal and artistic style unique to our photographers.
All selected images will be printed after undergoing an editing process that may include:
Background corrections
Lighting adjustments
Color enhancement when needed
Edited images are not sent to the client prior to printing.
Just as our photographers have their own natural and skilled way of capturing moments, they also have their own artistic touch in presenting the final images in the most suitable way.
Album Design
Photos are arranged according to theme or sequence.
If the number of selected images exceeds the album’s page capacity, multiple images may be placed on one page, which may require slight cropping of the edges.
