FAQ

In the studio, we provide outfits and accessories for newborns up to one year old.

For twin sessions, we do not rely on identical outfits; instead, we prefer coordinated colors.

During newborn photography, the baby is handled with extreme care and calmness to ensure they are not awakened or disturbed. Therefore, frequent outfit changes may not serve the session well. The photographer focuses on capturing a variety of shots by changing accessories and wraps as she sees appropriate.

For children’s photography sessions, one outfit is used per theme. If time allows and the child is in a good mood, we can arrange one additional outfit change.

The studio operates seven days a week, from Sunday to Saturday, starting at 10:00 AM until 8:00 PM. Working hours may vary depending on the day and the photographers’ schedules.

Available time slots will appear when booking and selecting your package (please note that newborn sessions are scheduled in the morning only).

Because we believe in the importance of the photo and the depth of the moment, both the father and mother can be photographed with their little one, as well as siblings. Our focus is on capturing the most beautiful shots of your baby.

However, we kindly ask that the father not be present during the newborn session to maintain privacy in the studio. He is welcome to join at the end of the session.

Of course! All family members are welcome in the studio. An additional fee of 100 SAR applies for each person (photography on a classic single-color background).

Please note that parents cannot be photographed in certain themes due to the small set sizes.

After the booking is confirmed and well before the session date, a file containing the available themes for your chosen package will be sent so you can select and arrange them prior to the session day.

For Smash Cake themes, selections must be made at least 4 days before the session to confirm the cake order.

Yes, all session photos are sent in a smaller, viewable version so you can decide which memories of your children you’d like to keep.

We kindly apologize, but the original files are not provided. Only the edited and printed photos included in your package will be delivered.

We have a standalone studio located in Al Narjis neighborhood (Musharraf Hills), providing a safe environment fully equipped for newborn and children photography.

Currently, we do not offer on-location shoots at the client’s home. We are happy to welcome you to our studio.

Newborn sessions should be booked during the eighth month of pregnancy, at least one month before the expected due date, to ensure you secure a suitable appointment. Please inform us immediately after your baby is born.

Newborn photography is typically done when the baby is between 5 and 14 days old.

The photoshoot goes through several stages. After the session, within one week, all images are sent directly from the camera without any edits. The client selects their favorite photos and any additional images they wish to include. Once selections are received and the full payment is completed, the photos enter the editing queue. Editing and printing are prioritized accordingly, with the final printed photos delivered within a maximum of 12 weeks from the full payment.

Both photography and editing involve personal taste. Edited images are not sent to the client before printing. The photographer has her spontaneous style in capturing moments and her unique touch in finalizing the images. If you wish for specific edits, please mention them when selecting the photos. We apologize that no edits can be made after printing.

We greatly appreciate your trust and choice, and we promise to deliver the most beautiful memories.

For maternity sessions, the timing depends on the size and visibility of the baby bump. We generally recommend booking around the beginning of the seventh or eighth month, when the body is still comfortable for photography without strain.

Newborn sessions should be booked before the baby is born, and the exact date is scheduled after delivery to ensure you secure an appointment within the first two weeks of your baby’s life.
